Do we need to have all the copy ready?
Not at the start. We first define what every page has to say and split the writing between us. The proposal states which text we write and which you provide.
Can we keep parts of our current website?
Often, yes. We review the structure and technical foundation first and only then recommend how far to go.
What do we receive at handover?
The files, access details, usage rights and, where it is part of the project, guidance on updating content. Third-party products may have their own terms.
How long will the project take?
That depends on scope and on how quickly content and feedback come back. We agree the schedule in the proposal.
