Who it is for

Relevant if shoppers struggle to find the right product, mobile checkout raises questions or fulfilling orders takes too much manual effort. It might mean a new store, a platform change or one repaired buying journey.

Where we start

A store has to match how the business really runs. So alongside the screens we look at the catalogue, payments, stock and delivery, and the integrations the shop depends on.

E-commerce development

What you get

A complete store build, or a focused fix to one critical buying journey. We recommend a platform based on your range, markets and the systems it has to work with.

Deliverables

  1. Structure for categories, filters and product information.

  2. Product page, basket and checkout designs and build.

  3. Agreed connections to payment, delivery and accounting or ERP tools.

  4. A plan for which products and orders move to the new store.

  5. Purchase-event checks, test orders and a handover for managing the shop.

What shapes the scope

Catalogue size, number of markets, custom page types, integrations and data migration drive the price. Recurring platform costs are shown separately from the build.

What to know

  • Redesigning warehouse processes and large-scale product-data clean-up need their own scope.
  • Contracts with payment and delivery providers, and their fees, are separate costs.

How it works

Three steps

  1. Map the catalogue, the order process and the constraints.

  2. Design the store and confirm which integrations are possible.

  3. Build the agreed scope and test a purchase from start to finish.

Can all our old data move across?

We look at your exports and the target platform first, then agree explicitly which products, customers and orders move and which do not.

Can you work on just one part of the store?

Yes, for example filtering or checkout, provided the existing platform can support the change.

How do you check a store before launch?

We write a checklist of the key purchase journeys and test selected exceptions, including failed payments. That lowers known risks, though no test can cover every possible situation.

What happens after the store opens?

We can look after the store so you do not have to worry about its technical side. Improving its search visibility or connecting customer data to email and CRM are separate options, not part of the build.
